Proof Of Income & Backgound Check

To complete the background check process for your tenancy application, please provide the following:

1.    Proof Of Income: You can send one of the following:

• Bank Statments
• Pay stubs or payroll
• Social Security or disability benefits statements
• Child support checks

2.    Background Check Document

• A government-issued ID (Driver’s License, State ID, etc)
• Completed application form

Once we have these documents, we’ll be able to run your background check and move foward with the application process.
